Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm Lisa, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience providing care across the lifespan—including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My work has taken place in community mental health settings, telehealth, and residential environments, giving me a deep understanding of the diverse challenges individuals and families face.

I specialize in supporting clients experiencing depression and anxiety, and most recently, I have an interest with working with those who have experienced trauma in their lives. I draw on evidence‐based practices to guide treatment in a way that is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs.

I am a 2017 graduate from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington with a Masters in Nursing and a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I have been a nurse since the early 1980s with a goal of providing providing collaborative care which meet your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe healing happens in relationship—through trust, curiosity, and the freedom to explore your inner world without judgment. Together, we work toward healing and growth while discovering what is most meaningful to you. Life can be complex, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story and what has brought you to seek care. This is a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported as we begin to build a therapeutic relationship. Together, we will explore what you hope to achieve from psychiatric care and discuss your goals for healing and growth. My role is to listen with compassion, understand your unique needs, and begin shaping a care plan that reflects what is most meaningful to you.
