Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lisa. I work with teens and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change — whether that’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just the stress of everyday life piling up. Many of my clients come in unsure of where to start, but they know something needs to feel different.

I truly believe you are the expert of your own life, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Clients often describe me as warm, open-minded, and encouraging — someone who helps them feel comfortable being themselves from the start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and centered around you. There’s no one “right” way to do therapy, so we’ll tailor our work to what you need and what feels most helpful.

Together, we’ll focus on building on your strengths, understanding what’s been holding you back, and finding practical ways to move forward. I’m here to support you, but also to help you feel more confident in your ability to handle life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want that first session to feel as comfortable as possible. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’re hoping will feel different moving forward.

Most clients leave those early sessions feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful — with a clearer sense of direction and a plan that feels manageable. Over time, therapy can help you feel more in control, more grounded, and better equipped for whatever life brings next.
