Great to meet you!

I'm Lisa, a clinical psychologist, who has worked with clients (individual, family, and group) to address life challenges and transitions in a collaborative manner. I bring a trauma-informed perspective to my work and enjoy helping clients better understand longstanding or emerging concerns they'd like to address to enhance quality of life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

In partnership with the client, I support thoughtful reflection, a deepened understanding of life events and responses to those, and the ability to make meaning of these experiences and move forward with positive momentum.

What you can expect from me

From the start of our engagement, I like to understand the client's perspective on what he/she hopes to gain from therapy and to set shared goals together. Over time, the focus of our sessions may evolve but an initial consensus on the work we'll tackle together sets the stage for effective engagement and meaningful change.
