I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing in Florida for over 20 years. I use a variety of trained and learned therapeutic interventions combined with my lived experiences as a mother of 7 children and lifelong learner to help each person I work with feel empowered to find the solutions and healing that will allow them to reach their full potential. I would love the opportunity to walk with you on your journey to health.

My approach to therapy

I believe that change happens in relationship, and I seek to provide a safe and accepting space where clients can explore their hurts and traumas to find healing. I use my trainings in EMDR, Trauma, CBT, and Family Systems to meet each person where they are at and help them on their journey.
