Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, trauma, or feelings of being stuck, I am here to help. I have been providing mental health care to clients of all ages and identities for 30 years.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of modalities, including psychodynamic and mindfulness-based practices, insight-oriented approaches, and EMDR, helping clients to develop practical tools while also exploring and resolving deeper patterns that may impact their lives. Together, we will identify your strengths, build resilience, and work toward your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults and youth from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Therapy is not about fixing you—it's about helping you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to live.
