Lisa White, MSW, LCSW is a masters-trained, licensed clinical social worker in Virginia with 20+ years of professional work experience. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Howard University and her master’s degree at the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
Using cognitive behavioral therapy, she has supported clients as they have coped with anxiety, depression, infertility, postpartum mood disorders, loss, grief, and chronic medical conditions.
She values treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion.
She will tailor your treatment plan to meet your needs. She particularly enjoys working with women in transition through individual and group counseling as they navigate transitions in their lives. She works to empower them to reach their goals and to have the lifestyles that they want.
