Great to meet you!

If you’re here on this page you are probably looking for help with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or one of many other things that are causing some pain in your life. I would very much like to help you to deal with any of them by working together to find solutions that will enhance your daily life. I find that connecting with a client in a virtual and comfortable, private, and therapeutic session is the place where we can join forces to find answers that will help you to have more peace of mind. I offer a free 15-minute call to see if we connect and you feel that this could work for you. Please feel free to click on the website above or send an email and we can set that up!

My approach to therapy

I work with older teens and adults of all ages using a variety of modalities depending on what you are bringing to the table. I have been a therapist for more than 24 years and would love to help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to deal with the everyday stress that life can bring as well as deeper issues that also might be holding you back from living the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you can expect me to actively listen to you so that we can work together to find solutions that can help you find your joy. It is important to me that you feel heard and understood.
