Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Liz, a licensed clinical social worker with 12 years of experience in mental health, including 4 years as a licensed therapist. I work with teens and young adults ages 13-24 who are navigating anxiety, depression and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive and tailored to you. I use evidence-based informed practices such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, but I always adapt to fit your unique needs and goals. I show up as myself- approachable, honest and down-to-earth so sessions feel like a real conversation. Whether we're exploring patterns, building coping tools, or just making space for you to breathe, the work we do will be grounded in what feels most helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood and equipped with tools that actually work in real life. I help teens and young adults slow down racing thoughts, challenge negative self-talk, set healthy boundaries and move forward in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming. My goal is for you to feel like you're making progress and that therapy feels like a safe place to be real.
