Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in helping high-achieving professionals and women navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out despite your success, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

With a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, I bring a unique lens to therapy that integrates both personal and professional well-being. With leadership experience across corporate and nonprofit settings, I understand the pressures of high-demand environments and the impact they can have on mental health. I support clients facing career stress, leadership demands, and complex life transitions, including fertility journeys, pregnancy, and early parenting.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with individuals who are used to “holding it all together” but are ready for a space where they can slow down, process deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're located in Chicago or seeking virtual therapy anywhere in Illinois, I provide a supportive, trauma-informed space to help you slow down, process, and move forward with clarity. Together, we build self-awareness, strengthen self-leadership, and develop coping strategies that support lasting, meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be limiting growth or contributing to stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions.

My therapeutic style is conversational, compassionate, and gently challenging. I strive to create a space where you feel both supported and empowered so you can create a more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share your current concerns, symptoms, and goals, and we’ll begin identifying the patterns or stressors that may be impacting your well-being. We’ll also discuss treatment approaches that may best support your needs, including evidence-based and trauma-informed strategies. Most importantly, we’ll collaborate on a clear plan for our work together so you leave with a sense of direction, next steps, and what to expect moving forward.
