Lizzy Knight

I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I provide trauma-informed therapy to adolescents 13+ and adults. I specialize in trauma treatment, including childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, and complex trauma while also supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and paced with each client's readiness, offering gentle guidance while honoring autonomy, safety, and choice throughout the therapeutic process.

My goal is to create a safe, healthy, and attuned relationship in which clients can explore their inner world, process life experiences, and ultimately find more freedom. I believe every person has the power to create the life of their dreams and my role is to collaborate, bear witness to, and empower clients as they brave the journey. I view this work as a privilege and seek to honor the process as we explore deep pain and hold onto hope for an abundant future.
