Great to meet you!

Long Quach is a psychologist who helps clients using evidence-based strategies and knowledge. He treats anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges through interactive and energetic sessions filled with creativity and engagement. He strives to serve as a partner, working together with his clients to get them where they want to go.

My approach to therapy

You may have heard that therapy cliché that either the therapist is a blank slate and says nothing or that they are robotic parrots who repeat everything you say. But it doesn’t have to be like that! Therapy is a robust experience that is unique to each individual. I strive to professionally bring myself into the room so the therapeutic process feels rich and rewarding. After all, you are in therapy to live in the real world with real people; you should get to have therapy with a real person!

What you can expect from me

I am a firm believer in practice and patience. But not just any practice, the kind of practice that promotes growth. This means you can expect us to dig deep and dig often. After enough ground has been revealed, we will work together to help you gain insight and see patterns between you and your world. with a better understanding of you, how you live, and how you want to live, we will practice, at your pace, the most fitting skills so that you can continue to grow long after therapy ends.
