Great to meet you!

I work with a wide range of challenges, especially trauma. I integrate psychodynamic and multicultural therapy from a trauma-informed lens. That means that I will gently invite you to explore past wounds and their impact on your life today. We'll also strengthen your internal resources and help heal the different layers that make you You.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes I'll guide the process, and other times you'll take the lead. We'll look into helpful and unhelpful patterns. We'll also challenge what does not work anymore. I'm glad you're here. Feel free to call me or send me an email.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes it's difficult to share what hurts inside. Maybe you've tried different tools, yet things have not changed. That hurting may be preventing you from making decisions, connecting with others, or feeling like yourself ... I'd love to help you see through unresolved conflicts that are keeping you down. My approach is gentle, open, and curious. In our sessions, we'll build safety and we'll explore what hurts at your pace.
