I am passionate about helping people heal and discover what is meaningful to them to have a fulfilling life. My style is an integrated approach that focuses on the overall well-being of a person. I have experience with addictions, trauma, mood disorders, thought disorders and suicidal ideation. I have a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to my (LPC) and(LAC) credentials, I am also trained as a first-responder counselor and a certified health coach.
