My name is Lucy Changwe, PMHNP-BC, MSN, BSN. I have worked as a professional nurse for over 30years. My nursing professional journey started in Zambia, where I obtained my initial RN license. I left Zambia in 2002 to England. I worked in england for about 5 years as a Registered nurse before moving to the USA in 2007. I got my BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015, and my master’s degree in nursing, with a concentration in Psychiatry, from Walden University in 2020.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic approach care when providing care to my clients with a concentration on mental wellness.

I strive to make my clients to feel empowered and heard after every session. I create an environment that ensures confidentiality of the information shared and a safe space to receive nonjudgemental care.
