Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated LCSW with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their unique mental health challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. I believe that every individual and relationship has the capacity for healing and transformation. I am experienced in working with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, and adjustment issues.

My approach to therapy

I have had the priviledge of working with diverse populations in a variety of age groups and settings which has assisted me in honing my skills to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. My approach is to develop a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I take a psychodynamic approach utilizing CBT practices, Strength-based, Motivational interviewing, and attachment theory.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, safe, and non-judegemental environment to express their thoughts and emotions. I like to allow you to guide the session while asking thought provoking questions, teaching healthy coping skills, and providing psychoeducation throughout treatment.
