Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY who is passionate about helping others and strive to be a consistent source of support. It has been my mission in the past 13 years in the field, that clients feel truly heard and valued throughout the therapeutic process. I have extensive experience in dealing with issues such as chronic illness, trauma, identity crisis, family/relationship issues, career counseling and more. I encourage open feedback to ensure our work together remains collaborative and centered around your goals. My intention is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can find calm, clarity, and self-acceptance.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with low self-esteem. Together, we’ll identify the underlying factors and take meaningful steps toward healing and self-confidence. Life transitions can be challenging, and I aim to guide you in identifying roadblocks and finding practical ways to move through them. If you are seeking support with relationships or conflict resolution, we will work to gain clarity, strengthen communication skills, and set healthy boundaries. I also support clients coping with stress, depression, and anxiety.

In collaboration with each client, we begin by identifying areas of concern and developing a plan tailored to your goals. My therapeutic approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Taking the first step to seek help is something to be proud of—it shows courage and self-awareness. I hope to join you on this journey toward personal growth, emotional balance, and self-fulfillment. Let’s connect to see how we can work together to help you reach the place you envision.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we'll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. You can share your at own pace as we begin identifying your needs and goals. These early sessions help us build trust, clarify concerns and create a plan that feels supportive and effective for you.
