With CBT, I assist my clients in learning the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and reinforce reframing negative thinking/beliefs towards a more constructive reasoning. Through motivational interviewing, I may ask thought provoking questions, to get to their "why," reflecting back what is shared. Using Strengths-Based, I prioritize building upon their unique strengths. We’ll explore the resources they already possess and use them as a foundation for growth and healing
