Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I began my career in public safety and emergency management, while obtaining an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I pursued my interest in nursing, working in an emergency department, followed by completing my graduate studies to become an NP. I specialize in pediatric, adolescent, and young adult mental health, focusing on anxiety, depression, PTSD, postpartum disorders, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I offer a personalized approach, tailored to each client's needs. Whether it's through therapy, medication management, or a combination, I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Clients can expect a safe space where they feel heard and understood. Together, we set achievable goals and work towards positive outcomes. I aim for clients to leave each visit feeling empowered and equipped to navigate life's challenges.
