Great to meet you!

There are always solutions for problems that we encounter, even the problems that we have been stuck with for quite some time. Though, there is no quick fix or one-size approach either. Therapy is a collaborative healing process to improve functioning in several areas of our life. I will guide you through these challenges and provide you with the tools along the way. Collaboration is extremely important during the process to establish comfortable space to promote growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach and have experience working with children, teens, and adults to address a variety of disorders. These include stress, trauma, grief, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, neurological disorders, parenting styles, and other mental health issues impairing functioning in daily routine. I am continuously learning through training, collaboration, and current readings to ensure quality care.

What you can expect from me

The treatment methods I implement are evidence-based. My training has mainly focused on behavioral and cognitive-behavioral, and strategic approaches. Many models derive from evidence-based practices as well that I integrate into treatment when working with specific populations. I implement psychoeducation and interventions to address the way we think and behave.
