Life is full of challenges, and at times it can feel overwhelming to navigate everything that is happening. You may feel stressed, worried, sad, or unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps you are experiencing grief, going through a divorce, facing substance use challenges, struggling in a stressful work environment, or dealing with relationship or communication difficulties. You may feel lost — unsure of what to do, who to talk to, or how to manage different situations.
That is where I come in.
Reaching out for support is the first step toward healing and positive change. It may be the first step toward moving forward, becoming more aware of your triggers and learning healthier ways to respond, or finding space to heal, forgive, and reconnect with gratitude and happiness.
