Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) specializing in supporting young adults and college students as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and foster meaningful growth. I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My approach is strengths-based, relational, and collaborative, with an emphasis on building a genuine therapeutic connection. Drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I work with clients to develop an individualized approach that supports lasting change. I am also committed to practicing with cultural humility and creating an inclusive environment where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore the concerns, challenges, or goals that are most important to you, discuss the changes you hope to achieve, and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll begin building a strong foundation for meaningful and collaborative work.
