Great to meet you!

The decision to start therapy is a courageous first step towards understanding, healing, and growth. Whether you are struggling with troubling thoughts or feelings, lack of confidence, excessive worry, depression, loss, or relationship issues therapy can help.

My approach to therapy

Marcella utilizes a client-centered approach while working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who struggles with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship issues in a non-judgmental space. With mindfulness-based practices and cognitive behavioral techniques we can change the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to overwhelming feelings.

What you can expect from me

Marcella enjoys empowering her clients to take control of their lives, and learn to communicate their needs, and live their best life. Through our work together, you can develop effective coping skills and become empowered. I believe that my role as a therapist is to encourage the use of the client's strengths as tools to enable progression, as well as to support you through difficult life events.
