Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher, community organizer, and technology professional. These experiences that continue to shape my understanding of how relationships, work, culture, and technology impact our well-being.

I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from New York University and have provided therapy in community mental health settings, schools, and private practice in both New York and Los Angeles.

I work with adults, couples, and families facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, and questions about how technology is affecting their lives. I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate the emotional impacts of social media, constant connectivity, AI, and modern digital life. My goal is to create a thoughtful, collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. I'll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, what's been happening in your life recently, and what you'd like to be different moving forward.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. My role is to help create structure, understand what's contributing to your concerns, and begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together.

Most clients leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their situation, a greater sense of direction, and a sense of what our work together could look like.
