Great to meet you!

Hello! I look forward to meeting new clients and working with individuals and families to address their concerns. People are accepted for who they are now and encouraged to openly consider their lives while establishing meaningful goals for the future.

My approach to therapy

I am a humanistic psychologist who uses a person-centered approach to promote self-discovery and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 30-minute exploration call to discuss what brings individuals into therapy, what they are looking for, and what I offer. If we decide to start therapy, there are a couple of forms to fill out and then we dive right into further exploration of topics discussed in the call.
