Great to meet you!

My goal is to help you navigate through these changes, learn about yourself and build a meaningful life.My career has allowed me to work closely with my clients during life transitions, work through communication problems in their relationships, working on a healthy relationship with their body, grief and mourning and working through current/past traumas.

My approach to therapy

We grow up in life on the same path as our friends and classmates. Our goals seem similar - make it through school, go to college and start a career. Around the age 22-23, you begin to realize everyone is going in different directions. You fall into the comparison trap. You wonder why not me? You feel lost in what phase of life you should be in now. You are working through changing relationships and friendship. Adulting is overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Together we can process, build coping mechanisms and plan for future moments where you are left feeling unsteady. Every client that I see in my office or virtually has an individualized course of treatment that starts with the clients most important goals.
