Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California, and I work exclusively via telehealth so you can access care from wherever feels most comfortable. I've been doing this work for years — in both agency and private practice settings — and I'm now stepping fully into private practice because I want to build something intentional, with clients I can truly show up for. I keep my caseload small on purpose, so every person I work with gets my full attention.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real collaboration — not something being done to you, but something we're building together. I tailor my approach to each person, drawing on what's actually useful for your specific situation rather than a rigid method. My style is warm and direct: I'll ask the questions worth sitting with, and I'll be honest with you in a way that moves things forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting oriented together. I'll ask what's been going on, what made you decide to reach out now, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. There's no script and no pressure to have it all figured out before we start — a lot of people come in not totally sure what they need, and that's completely fine. By the end of the hour, you'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what working together could look like.
