Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York City. I provide tailored and integrated psychotherapy for children, adults and families. I am also an adjunct professor at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where I supervise doctoral students in child psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I received my BA from Brandeis University, my MS in school psychology and my PsyD in clinical psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology

My approach to therapy

I am warm, collaborative, and intentional.

I conceptualize client concerns through a psychodynamic and developmental lens. In layman's terms, this means I consider your upbringing, your early and ongoing relationships, how you have learned to relate to your environment and cope with current stressors, and cultural and identity-specific factors. In treatment, I integrate psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-based interventions, as well and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

The heart of effective therapy is a trusting and collaborative relationship between therapist and client. Therapy work best when you can be vulnerable and curious in a non-judgemental space.

As your therapist, it is my job to attend carefully to your specific needs, experiences, and goals in order to foster an environment of trust and growth. You can expect that I will emphasize humor and humility as I meet you where you are in your mental health journey.
