Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults create lives that feel more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic. Many of my clients come to me feeling burnt out, emotionally depleted, or caught in cycles of perfectionism and people-pleasing that leave little room for their own needs.

My background includes training in systemic, psychodynamic, and relational therapy, and I integrate faith-based perspectives when desired. I believe growth happens within a safe, compassionate relationship where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, nurturing, and trusting relationship with you, believing that the heart of meaningful work lies in the connection we share. This connection provides the foundation to explore the hard things, allowing you to feel truly seen and supported, even in your most vulnerable moments.

Within that space, I take a warm, reflective, and relational approach that invites curiosity and self-understanding. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that have shaped how you show up in your life and relationships. My therapeutic framework draws from systemic, psychodynamic, and relational therapy, and your unique needs guide how we find the right blend of approaches for you. I also enjoy incorporating a faith-based perspective for clients who wish to integrate spirituality into their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle starting point; a space to share what’s been weighing on you and what you hope will feel different. I’ll take time to understand your concerns, goals, and desires for your therapeutic journey. While we’ll go through some standard evaluation questions, this time is also about connection, allowing you to get a sense of who I am as a therapist and what it feels like to work together.

I believe it’s important for both of us to feel comfortable and confident in our connection so we can ensure your needs are met and that we’re a good fit for the work ahead. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, grounded, and encouraged about the path forward.
