Great to meet you!
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and my Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
Over the past few years in private practice, I’ve developed a specialization in working with trauma. I support clients in understanding how past experiences shape their present thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and I work collaboratively to help them build a greater sense of safety, clarity, and control in their lives. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to do meaningful work at their own pace.
