Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in working to break the stigma around mental health and will support you in the process. I have been practicing for over 20 years, with my main focus in trauma, family formation and supportive therapies.

My approach to therapy

Everyone who comes to therapy is brave, even on the days they don't feel it. Once we decide to work together, we will decide on your goals, and I will support you, listen to you, and sometimes even challenge you.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I work to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to help you achieve your goals and work towards greater happiness and contentment.
