Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned both my Bachelor's (2005) and Master's (2006) degrees in Social Work, with a concentration in Direct Practice during my graduate studies. I am a certified grief educator through David Kessler and Grief.com. My clinical experience has allowed me to work with individuals facing a variety of emotional and life transitions, and I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.

My approach to therapy

Using a client-centered and evidence-based approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help individuals develop the tools they need to manage life’s stressors, build resilience, and create a meaningful and intentional life. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I would be honored to support you.
