I am a firm believer that everyone deserves the best opportunity at living a fulfilling life. Life has a way of throwing curveballs at us when we least expect it. Most of the time, we manage those adversities well and move on, however, other times it is not so easy. It is then we may reach out for help. In me, you will find a safe place to process those struggles and find balance and peace.

I offer a personalized approach to therapy. Using CBT, EMDR, and Person-Centered therapeutic approaches, we will work together to achieve your desired outcome.

My role in our partnership is to challenge you to examine your thoughts and how those affect your life. In doing that, healing from trauma and learning new tools will set you on the path of self-discovery and positive change.
