Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, with 14 years of experience supporting adults through meaningful personal growth and healing. I provide a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming space where clients can explore their inner world, develop resilience, and build deeper connections — with themselves and others.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and enjoy using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment-Based Therapy. These evidence-based approaches allow me to support clients in processing trauma, understanding emotional patterns, and fostering lasting change from the inside out.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned to each client’s unique needs and lived experience. I believe that healing happens in a space of safety, authenticity, and connection — and my role is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

For many of my clients, the process of unmasking — letting go of the strategies they've used to "fit in" or meet neurotypical expectations — is incredibly powerful, but also deeply vulnerable. Unmasking can bring up fear, grief, confusion, and discomfort, especially if masking has been tied to safety or survival for a long time. I hold space for that complexity, and we move gently, allowing you to rediscover and reclaim parts of yourself at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can begin to share what’s bringing you in, without pressure or expectation. We’ll explore what you’re hoping to get from therapy and start identifying a few initial goals, like reducing overwhelm, exploring identity, or feeling more grounded. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach and welcome all communication styles, including fidgeting, note-taking, or taking time to warm up. You can expect curiosity, compassion, and collaboration — I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're ready to dive in or just beginning to open up, this is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
