Great to meet you!

Welcome, glad you are here, and I look forward to meeting you.

As a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for building from strength, I believe minding one’s emotional state is part of self-care and a crucial pathway to happiness, self-realization, and stability. Often, partnering with a mental health professional is a key element to tapping into that part of ourselves that make us resilient. In that sense, welcome.

I would love to connect and help. I work with individual, couple, family and groups. I am especially experienced working with Child Welfare involved children, youth and family. I help school-aged children diagnosed with ADHD and those experiencing familiar conflicts and symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work.

My approach to therapy

I use a strength-based, CBT-informed, solution focused, empowering strategies to help clients develop coping skills, decrease symptoms, problem solve, and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Working together means that we will always start with an introductory session where you share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Thereafter, we will work on creating a plan that reflects your needs and priorities. I strive to create a warm, safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, seen, and validated in your experience.
