Great to meet you!

If life feels overwhelming right now, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re dealing with a lot of change, carrying stress that never really lets up, or trying to get through something hard like loss, anxiety, or ongoing health issues. Sometimes it helps to have a place where you can talk honestly without being judged or rushed. I offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and figure out what you need next. Working together can look like having steady support, gaining practical ways to cope with day-to-day stress, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel grounded and capable, even when things are tough. If you’re curious about getting started, I’d be glad to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if this feels like a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is pretty relaxed and down-to-earth. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, laid back, and that sessions don’t feel stiff or overly clinical (humor is welcome here). I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, no pressure to have the “right” words or everything figured out.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, a bit about your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
