Great to meet you!

For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and families through both challenges and moments of growth. With 6 years of direct clinical experience, I take a warm, strengths‐based approach—helping clients recognize their resilience and feel more confident in their ability to move forward. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one‐size‐fits‐all solutions. Instead, I work alongside you to understand your story, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical tools that support long‐term growth.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in family conflict, behavioral challenges, and peer relationship issues. Whether I’m helping a child manage big emotions, a teen navigate friendships, or a family find their way back to connection, I focus on creating a space where everyone feels understood, supported, and capable of change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling unsure about the next step or simply need someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to help. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a powerful act of strength. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to connect with you and explore how we can work together to help create realistic and measurable goals.
