As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, I have focused on working with adult clients for the past 8 years, supporting them through various relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution-focused, and I enjoy helping adult clients discover their own inner strength and ability to tackle challenges that are keeping them from thriving and enjoying their life.

Goals will be identified during the first couple of sessions and we will work together to help you meet your goals.

You will feel supported throughout your sessions and encouraged to explore and find solutions to issues or challenges that may be making you feel stuck.
