Great to meet you!

As an LCSW, I have been providing therapy for several years and have been practicing mental health for over a decade. I'm passionate about working with individual college students, working professionals, and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, dating/relationship issues, OCD, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I use a mixture of CBT, attachment theory, EMDR, ERP, and solutions focused therapy to help my clients move forward. I ask permission before I challenge clients' unhelpful thoughts and add humor into my work to create a more warm environment. As someone who has been in therapy myself, I share parts of myself, when appropriate, as a tool to normalize my clients' experiences and create a more transparent environment.

What you can expect from me

Goodness of fit between therapist and client is so incredibly important so I aim to meet my client where they are at and act as their biggest cheerleader. My goal is to create a warm, yet challenging environment where clients can feel they are moving forward.
