Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a supportive therapist who works with all age groups and encourages everyone to reach their full potential. A healthier approach may require the need to look at your situation more objectively and to consider other options in addressing your issues. With the 10-13 age group, I mostly incorporate active listening intermixed with problem solving strategies to better address their struggles with peer pressure ,family conflicts and efforts to reduce their anxiety or depressive symptoms. Often humor or play therapy ( as much as tele-health allows), works wonders with children, while being encouraged to show their “goodness” 24/7.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping people find relief when they they are finally understood. We don't necessarily expect people to solve our problems but often just want our voice to be heard.

What you can expect from me

I will both hear and validate my clients concerns and perhaps ask them to consider looking at their situation from a slightly different angle or viewpoint if they find it beneficial.
