Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 14 years of experience providing individual and couples therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and am trained in trauma-informed care, EMDR, attachment-based approaches, and parts work. I also use the Enneagram as a framework for deepening self-awareness and understanding relationship patterns. My work has a holistic focus that blends mind–body integration with evidence-based counseling methods to support emotional and relational well-being.

My approach to therapy

My first priority is building safety and trust so you feel understood and respected. From that foundation, I integrate evidence-based counseling theories with somatic approaches to support both mind and body. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that shape your life and relationships, strengthen emotional regulation, and create pathways for meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is designed to feel both grounding and useful. We’ll start by creating safety and clarity, then talk through what brings you here and what you hope to change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, your current challenges, and the patterns, positive and negative, that may be shaping your life and relationships. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and a better understanding of how we can work together toward lasting and meaningful change.
