Great to meet you!

My therapeutic style integrates a open mindedness and inquisitive nature to explore my client's understanding of self, others, and the world around them. In guiding through insight and awareness, empowerment can occur through knowledge of learning about their experiences to overcome present and lifelong challenges affecting various areas of their lives.

My approach to therapy

The use of various modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Safety Planning, to address daily challenges to traumatic events experiences in life. In addition, I explore client's interests to incorporate and solidify their current strengths while exploring and learning new tools.

What you can expect from me
