Great to meet you!

Hello! As a Doctor of Philosophy and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that every client and family is unique and so are your stories and experiences. Thank you for reaching out and having this step as part of your story, Congratulations. I have been working in mental health with adolescents, families and couples, since 2012 and practicing as an LMFT since 2019 specializing in trauma and attachment disruptions supporting clients in recovery.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique and should have a unique individualized approach to treatment. Once we begin working with each other, we will work together to create a plan and goals to help you be successful in your journey. It is important to me to treat you with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will begin to get to know each other. The goal up front is to learn what brought you here, what goals you have and how I can help you and your loved ones. I work to create a safe, comfortable and empathetic session so that you can feel heard, acknowledged, and hopeful.
