Great to meet you!

I provide culturally informed, evidence-based care for adults managing anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I value working with individuals from many backgrounds, especially those who come from marginalized and underserved communities (e.g., Black men and women, LGBTQ+ identified individuals, ethnic/racial minorities, and military veterans) in addition to many others.

My approach to therapy

My hope is to first build trust within our relationship given how important it is to feel safe in a therapeutic setting. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll build practical skills to manage anxiety, reduce compulsive behaviors, and process difficult experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable.

I offer 15-minute phone consultations prior to scheduling. Please contact me to discuss a time that works best for us both.
