Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re feeling stuck or carrying pain that’s hard to name. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to explore what’s been weighing on you—at your own pace and on your own terms.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 24 years of experience providing therapy in residential, correctional, school-based, and community mental health settings. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, and my approach is strengths-based, culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, and grounded in relational and systemic perspectives.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment of warmth, sensitivity, and hope grounded in empathy, compassion, and unconditional regard. Therapy requires courage, authenticity, and dedication. If you’re ready to take the next step, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
