Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Marwina McCormick, and I'm incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to share a bit about myself with you. I earned my bachelor's from the University of Texas at Dallas. Building upon that, I pursued my Master's degree at the University of Texas at Tyler.

For over a decade, I've had the privilege of serving as a school counselor, guiding and supporting students on their educational journey. In the last five years, I have had the opportunity to serve as a professional counselor.

My approach to therapy

Ensuring my clients feel supported is very important to me. My goal is to navigate them towards achieving their goals with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Together, we collaborate to identify the most suitable method tailored to their needs, whether it's through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, or a mix.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to leave our sessions feeling empowered, knowing that they're making progress toward the goals we've established together.
