Great to meet you!

As an Asian-American, biracial therapist, I bring both professional expertise and personal lived experience to my work. I understand the complexities of navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and the impact of systemic oppression. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, affirming space for individuals from marginalized communities, where healing can unfold without judgment. I am passionate about decolonizing mental health practices and supporting clients in addressing internalized oppression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate difficult emotions while living in alignment with their values. I take a strengths-based, culturally affirming perspective, recognizing how race, neurodivergence, and identity shape a persons experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect to feel seen, heard, and validated in your experiences. Together, we’ll work toward processing past wounds, exploring patterns that no longer serve you, and identifying tools to help you move forward. Whether you’re navigating trauma, neurodivergence, or identity-related challenges, my goal is to help you find clarity, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of resilience.
