Great to meet you!

Bringing 25 years of counseling experience to the table I have a strong background in psychotherapy, and my core competencies lie in providing adults with the support needed to navigate their challenges and personal growth.

As a counseling professor, supervisor, and years as a military spouse I've honed leadership skills that now inform my approach to mental health care. I am committed to the mission of saving lives and fostering resilience, and my work is fueled by a deep understanding of mental health complexities and wellness.

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Family Life Educator, Military Family Life Consultant, a Myers Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Certified Trainer, Master Resilience Trainer, and Master Trainer for the Suicide Prevention Resource Center.

I look forward to getting to know and working with you on changing your life!
