Great to meet you!

Life is not easy. Between constant worries, not enough time, it is easy to feel lost or alone. Figuring out how to better communicate, feel more connected, and get your needs met are great reasons to start therapy. Navigating change and the mix of emotions is stressful enough; it does not have to be lonely. That is where I come in!

I am a Clinical Psychologist focused on working with young adult and adult clients as they navigate a variety of stressors and challenges.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients start therapy to address life transitions, anxiety, stress, sadness, and the need for a change. I offer a comfortable, non-judgmental space, where through questions and prompts we will examine areas where you feel stuck, define your goals, and look for patterns that are impacting your life. My style is person-centered and I use a wholistic lens in my approach to therapy, incorporating elements of DBT, mindfulness, and existential philosophy.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every person would benefit from taking the time to work towards the life they have envisioned. While this can often sound “simple,” it does not mean change is easy. My hope is that therapy offers you the space to explore, learn about yourself, and grow more authentically into the person you would like to be.
