Great to meet you!

Feeling stressed out? Ignored? Unheard? I offer a safe non-judgmental space for my clients to share their story. I help to empower my clients to find their own voice, move forward with their future and dominate their destiny. I'm a native Texan and graduated from Tarleton State University for both undergrad and graduate degrees. I'm also a Marine Corps veteran.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in providing trauma-focused, person-centered therapy, utilizing a variety of techniques to help my clients. I have experience working with veterans, neuro-diverse, LGBTQ+, as well as people/family members of people with a variety of disabilities, including Intellectual-Developmental Disabilities. My approach is person-centered and humanistic.

What you can expect from our first session

I help to empower my clients and educate them on the importance of setting boundaries, taking time for self-care and using healthy coping skills. My goal is to help my clients move from "survive" to "thrive."
