Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have been providing both individual and group therapy since 2017. I have experience providing treatment for a range of mental health and substance use disorders. I have both training and experience in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My approach to therapy

You only get to live your life once, and I believe that it should be one that you feel is 100% worth living for. This simple thought guides my approach to therapy. Pain and suffering are part of the human experience, and while we may not be able to avoid this all the time, we can surely build a meaningful life around these experiences. A life that has purpose, direction, and is guided by your deeply held values. My goal is to empower individuals to discover ways to reduce their overall suffering, find healthy ways to cope the pains of life, and create a life that feels abundantly worth living for.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, empathetic space, that invites you to be your genuine self during therapy. Change can only occur when we reduce our feelings of shame, guilt, and blame, so you can expect an environment of compassion and non-judgmentalness. I will always balance this with honest, direct, and solution focused feedback that paves the way for creating and sustaining real change in your life that you desire.
